“Serve it – Chilled” – The Roundup

When Krithi and I thought about the concept of an event series, we knew our first theme would be Chilled - to celebrate summer. And, boy was that a right decision. Thanks to all the lovely food bloggers out there who sent not one, but several entries.  We recieved a whoppping total of 106 entries – out of which 57 are cooling summer thirst quenchers ranging from smoothies, fresh fruit juices, shakes and the likes.  We then have 25 varieties of icecreams/sorbets/granitas etc. and about 24   cold desserts such as parfaits, kheers etc.

Any time summer or winter, you are looking to serve something cold, you got a repertoire of recipes to refer to in this roundup.
