I’ve made it twice now. Trust me it’s worth the trip to a specialty store to find the hing. I got it at an Asian supermarket. Even though this recipe calls for a small amount, it yields a huge umami impact. I find that for one head of cauliflower I need to double this recipe to give enough coating.
